Throughout the house hunting experience your real estate agent has probably prepared you for the moment you make your initial bid on any condos for sale in Toronto or Nashville you want to bid on. That first bid in the offers and negotiations phase will be the most important one you make. You and your Nashville or Vaughan real estate agent will agree upon what is an appropriate offer price amount and present it to the home sellers and their real estate agent.

If you can afford the counter-offer and are happy with it then they will recommend accepting it. There's no reason why you should get into a negotiation war if you have no problem accepting the counter-offer.

If you're aren't happy with it and feel you can get the sellers to budge a little on it then the two of you will work together to make a second offer based on the counter-offer. If the seller is in a rush to sell and your second offer isn't too far off from the counter-offer then you should be calling yourself a home owner in no time.
